Have an open mind, not everyone will agree with you. Generally, you’re surrounded by people who often will acknowledge your opinions therefore, you should be able to do the same. Each individual has a diverse perspective. It’s just as simple as putting oneself in a stranger’s shoes and walking in their footsteps. Although, I have to admit, sometimes it’s complicated to do but at least you can be mindful.
